This is a very, very, old rocking chair.
With the exception of the center-back column, there are no ornamental carvings on it.
My mother used it for many, many, years with a dark green padded seat and back which tied to the chair.
Unfortunately, the cushion is not available however, these are readily sold in most home decor stores.
